EXTERIORThe car has been updated with a frontend from a late 70's Mercury Cougar with a disc front brakes. Also it has a dual breaking system with original drum rears. The wheels are 15 inch aluminum with spinners. The engine has been rebuilt and the heads have been done over to use high test unleaded gas.
INTERIORThe car is great shape, Bittersweet with White Interior. The paint is very good with only a few flaws. It was repainted for the second time in 1998.
- Cruise Control
- Power Windows
The Interior has been replaced with 99% close to stock. The buttons on the seats are not in place. In 1964 I had a Bucket Seat Marauder just like this one and the buttons would detach.
GENERAL INFORMATION AND HISTORYThe car was bought new in Misouri. In 1978 a man named Gassner purchased for $550.00. He and his son Scott maintained it until 2011 when I purchased it. It is a great looking car in great condition. I'm having allot of fun with it, and have won a couple of trophies at car shows in SW Florida. I had a 64 Marauder just like this one as my first car. My roomate rolled it over while I was in the Air Force in Kansas back in 1968.
